The Willows wellness studio was added to The Willows Day Spa in 2015 as a space to serve and promote wellness in our community. We host a variety of classes and workshops. In addition to our regularly scheduled yoga classes, we have many offerings to educate and promote wellness for the body, mind, and spirit. Our class schedule changes monthly to accommodate varying interests and support fresh ideas. Our current list of class offerings can be found on the events tab, as well as, our facebook page.
