Valentine’s Day Beginning Yoga

Great for beginners who are looking for something fun to do this Valentines Day. This class moves the body through a series of poses while focusing on the breath. An energetic flow providing strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Afterward, enjoy complimentary champagne(21 or older)/ or sparkling cider and gourmet chocolates.  Class  instructor is Danielle Fisher.
